Last updated: August 2026. These Terms govern use of the Bothends Farms website and orders placed with Bothends Farms Nigeria Limited. By using the website, requesting a quotation, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders and availability

All livestock, poultry, fish, prepared products, quantities, weights, sizes, delivery slots, and prices are subject to availability and final confirmation. An online submission is an order request and does not become a confirmed sale until Bothends Farms accepts it.

2. Pricing and quotations

Prices may change due to market conditions, animal size or weight, preparation requirements, logistics, seasonal supply, and destination. A quotation is valid only for the period stated on it. Errors may be corrected before final acceptance.

3. Customer information

You must provide accurate contact, delivery, and order information. You are responsible for checking item type, quantity, live or prepared status, delivery address, and any preparation instructions before approval.

4. Live animals and agricultural products

Natural variation in breed, appearance, size, weight, age, and yield may occur. Photos are illustrative unless a specific animal or batch is expressly confirmed. We aim to supply healthy products in line with applicable handling and hygiene standards.

5. Cancellations and changes

Cancellation or amendment requests must be made promptly. Once sourcing, preparation, slaughter, roasting, dispatch, or other customized work has started, cancellation may be restricted and reasonable costs already incurred may be payable.

6. Website use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, copy protected branding for commercial use, or submit fraudulent requests.

7. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bothends Farms is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, third-party services, events beyond reasonable control, or misuse of products after delivery.

8. Force majeure

Performance may be delayed by events outside reasonable control, including severe weather, disease outbreaks, road restrictions, government measures, transport disruption, power failure, or supply shortages.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute should first be addressed in good faith through customer support before other remedies are pursued.
